Our luthier, Norman Cross, has vast experience with instrument construction and repair, including tutoring the subject at the Leeds College of Music. Norman can handle any type of repair, large or small, on guitars, mandolins, banjos, violins, sitars, saz, pretty much anything really! His workmanship really is top notch.

Our amp engineer, Steve Malam, is widely regarded as the most knowledgeable in the industry. His restorations of vintage amps are truly museum quality. From a routine service to a complete re-build you will get the work of a true perfectionist. Please note, we cannot work on previously "modded" amps, or amps that have suffered at the hands of amateurs.
